Family Steward is operated by Zeidan AI, LLC for a limited household-help pilot. This page is written for public review before launch and should be finalized before production deployment.

Information We Collect

We collect information you submit through the pilot request form, approved household join forms, approved onboarding forms, SMS, email, and support requests.

• Contact details such as name, email address, and mobile number.
• Household setup details you choose to provide, such as approved adults, invited adult email addresses, local area, preferences, routines, and task categories.
• Messages and requests sent to Family Steward through approved channels.
• Attachments you intentionally provide during approved onboarding or support, subject to the upload rules shown at the point of collection.
• Operational metadata needed to deliver, secure, troubleshoot, and audit the service.

How We Use Information

We use information to review pilot requests, operate Family Steward, respond to messages, remember approved household context, prepare drafts and options, handle support, improve reliability, and enforce safety boundaries.

SMS And Mobile Information

If you opt in to SMS, we use your mobile number to send conversational Family Steward messages related to your pilot request and household help. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help.

One adult may request a household pilot and identify another adult to invite, but each adult must provide their own mobile number and SMS consent before receiving SMS messages from Family Steward.

We do not share or sell mobile opt-in information or consent status for marketing or promotional purposes. We may use service providers that help deliver and secure messages, but they are not permitted to use the information for their own marketing.

External Actions

Family Steward may classify, summarize, research, draft, and prepare approval packets. It is not intended to autonomously contact third parties, book or cancel services, make payments, submit forms, send sensitive family details externally, or create calendar events visible to others without explicit approval and an enabled action path.

Retention And Deletion

We keep pilot records only as long as needed to operate, troubleshoot, audit, and improve the pilot. You may request deletion of pilot request data, onboarding data, or Family Steward records by contacting home@zeidan.ai. Some operational records may be retained where needed for security, legal, or audit purposes.

Security

We use access controls, isolated runtime environments for pilot households, approval gates, and operational logging designed to limit unnecessary data exposure. No online service is perfectly secure, so do not send passwords, payment details, government IDs, medical or legal records, or full private message exports unless a reviewed workflow specifically asks for them.

Changes

We may update this policy as the pilot changes. The posted version on this page will be the current public version.
