These terms describe the limited Family Steward pilot operated by Zeidan AI, LLC. They should be reviewed before production launch.

Pilot Service

Family Steward is a household-help pilot for approved users. The service helps approved adults organize requests, remember household context, prepare drafts, compare options, track open loops, and coordinate ordinary family tasks through supported channels such as SMS and email.

Manual Review And Eligibility

Submitting a pilot request does not guarantee acceptance, activation, a phone number, response timing, or continued availability. Zeidan AI, LLC may approve, reject, pause, or end pilot access at any time.

Messaging Terms

By opting in through the pilot request form or another approved opt-in path, you agree to receive conversational SMS messages from Family Steward by Zeidan AI, LLC. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

You may identify another adult in your household for invitation or review, but you may not opt that person into SMS on their behalf. Each participating adult must provide their own mobile number and consent before receiving SMS messages.

User Responsibilities

• Use the service only for lawful household-help purposes.
• Do not submit passwords, payment credentials, government IDs, medical records, legal records, or other highly sensitive information unless a reviewed workflow specifically asks for it.
• Only invite or authorize household members and caregivers who are permitted to participate.
• Review drafts, recommendations, and approval packets before relying on them.

Approval Boundary

Family Steward may prepare information and drafts, but it does not have blanket authority to contact third parties, make commitments, book or cancel services, make payments, submit forms, or change shared calendars. Those actions require explicit approval and an enabled action path.

No Professional Advice

Family Steward is not a medical, legal, financial, emergency, or professional advice service. Do not use it for emergencies or decisions that require a licensed professional.

Availability And Changes

The pilot may change, pause, or become unavailable. Features may be added, limited, or removed as the service is tested and improved.

Privacy

Use of Family Steward is also governed by the Privacy Policy.
